How long is the course?
The course is divided into 8 videos of a duration between 10 and 15 minutes each. In every session, you will find complementary exercises to explore each theme more deeply.
What format is it in?
Short videos and reflection exercises — no info overload, no pressure to finish fast.
What if I’ve already done a bunch of ADHD research?
Perfect. This course won’t give you more tips — it takes you through the frame I use in my practice, which can hold all that you’ve learned, and give you a way to make it work for your reality.
